A high-tech insurance software development company forms an integral part, structurally, of a row of old detached houses from the start of the 1900s, designed by Ulrik Plesner, Hans J. Holm, Gotfred Tvede and Fritz Koch.

For a number of years the drafting office has been assisting with refurbishment, renewal and expansion of the company’s structural framework.The buildings are being fitted out to make supplementary research and working facilities, while also offering residential accommodation.

In landscaping terms, the gardens around the houses present the appearance of a cohesive park area with the intimate character of townhouse gardens.
